The basic process is that you enable Bluetooth on both devices, then
add, pair, or trust the devices from each other. If you're using WinXP
I'd recommend that you skip installation of any software specific to
your phone and just go to "My Bluetooth Places" (available under My
Computer once you've enabled Bluetooth on the computer) and connect
directly. That works best for me with my Nokia 6230 for downloading
pictures. Doesn't work for syncing address books, of course, but that's
not what you're asking.
