I don't believe that bootdisk.com charges for the disk images. The
whole point of that site is as a free repository of various boot disk
images. I clicked on a random sampling of the boot disk download links
on this page and got directly to the download dialog (i.e. no payment
involved): http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm. The bottom of that
page talks about donating $3 if you want, but it isn't required.

You are looking for just a bootable floppy or CD-ROM image, right? Not
for a 'system restore' CD?
