Life moves on after InterDigital!

Five year as the Chief Technology Officer of a 3G wireless
company with a strong emphasis on patents and the transport
layer has been fun.

For the past twenty years, I have had the privilege of working
on key areas in wireless telecommunication, down in the bowels
of the transmission of bits and up the stack with virtual
machines and applications. After careful reflection and advice
from many friends and colleagues, I realized I should stay in
that world, and apply myself into new technologies areas.

I joined a startup call NTERA, Inc. as their Chief Technology
Officer. NTERA is a leading enabler of electronic displays,
intelligent interfaces, and optical systems using proprietary
electrochromic materials (they change color based on being
charged or not) featuring uniquely transparent and natural
colors. It operates through facilities in suburban
Philadelphia, USA, Dublin, Ireland and Taipei, Taiwan, so Maria
does not have to see everyday at
