Aside from Ebay, does anyone know any reputable places to purchase a
system board for an IBM T30 on the cheap? Even a used board would be
fine, provided it is completely functional.
I need it because my out of warranty T30 won't power up and IBM/Lenovo
wants ~$500 to fix it. I was hoping they'd give me a break on the
repair, as I'm already on my sixth system board (twice the single
memory slot was dead, the other times the system failed to power on at
all), but no such luck.
Anyway, even though it has given me trouble I like the computer and it
would be great if I could get it running again. Thanks in advance.
