[Thinkpad] 2361 dock not powered

I returned from week of travel to find that my T30's dock (02K8660 -
2361) was not providing power to my TP. There's power on the wires,
so it occurs to me to wonder if there's a fuse that might be
blown. Before I go replacing the dock, does anyone have an idea what
might be happening?
