Are we talking here about routers as separate devices that live -behind-
the cable modem, or devices that combine both functions?
I ask this because I bought a cable modem years ago rather than
'renting' it from Comcast for $5 month orever, and my server locks up
about twice a week I go down to the basement, restart the Linux box, and
cold boot the modem.
