Those covers are not rigid but made from circular discs of glue coated
vinyl tape material. It's a matter or carefully unpeeling them from the
screw head in a manner that leaves them sufficiently undamaged and
uncrumpled so allow them to be re-applied and look pristine. As Fred
suggested, use the tip if a small knife or of a miniature flat bladed
screwdriver to lift up a graspable edge to get one started. The FRU screw
kits come with replacements in various sizes.
