[Thinkpad] I regret to inform the list...

A very long-standing member of the list, David Goldman (david@dgoldman.com)
passed away this morning in Austin, TX. He was my best friend and has been
my friend for 30 years. I know that I as well as members of the list will
miss him. I would like all of those who knew him or knew of him to pray for
him as he begins the next phase of his existence.
