[Thinkpad] Solid State Disks SSD

There's a bit of buzz about Samsung Solid State Disks
due to come out in the 32 GB range, 1.8".

"Personally", I'd like an 8 GB 2.5" SSD to turn one
of my 701Cs into a completely quiet but portable word
processor. And I don't want to pay more than about $150 for
the device. Anybody with a crystal ball (or a price list!)
know when that might happen?
