Done that. It didn't work. I never figured out what the
problem was. CF -> IDE adapter was made in Australia.
Manufacturer was puzzled. Or maybe some CF cards aren't
bootable. But no list of such cards was available. All very
loosey-goosey, a lot like USB2.

8 GB would be a real sweet size for the 701C
