I've installed Access Connections v. 4.23 recently on two T40's. After
installation AC connects with whatever available wireless access point
and all goes smoothly. After rebooting the computer or resuming from
suspend AC will reconnect automatically with the same access point, but
no actual connection to the internet is possible. The only way to
recover is to manually rescan for and reconnect to the desired access
point.
I don't have this problem with the same version of AC on an X32. Could
it be that AC behaves differently with the T40's Cisco 802.11b than with
the X32's Intel 802.11b/g? Has anyone else noticed this and found a
resolution?
