What usually happens to me (3 separate machines) is that they issue a
case number, I send the machine in, then someone calls me and tells me
that the repair will cost me $400 (or some other outlandish amount)
because it is not covered. Elevating the case(s) didn't get me
anywhere.
This time I will try to just get them to send the bezel, since
turnaround to Hawaii is always slow and I would rather just pay for the
part than be parted from the machine for 7-10 days.
