I've just got an adapter like the one linked above and intend to put a
4 Gb CF card into a 560X in place of the stock 4 Gb drive.
I've been running another 560X for 3 or 4 years with an OEM solid state
hard drive as C: running WIN98 lite.
It's 800 Mb and looks like a normal laptop drive only thinner.
After a few years it's still totally silent and I still get 1.5 hours
on the battery that was used when I got the computer.
I'm hopeful that the CF card will be as reliable.
