Is it possible you've ever used a mapping program in the past? Is it
your exact address down to the street number?
I'd also look at the other end of the driving instructions: is it just
to an area, a specific address, or a specific business (by name)?
Maybe it's a spam/virus that gets your address from somewhere and
directs you to go somewhere else (spam if they're actually trying to
get you to go there, virus if it's a prank).
Also, there are at least 8 phone listings for your first and last
name, maybe it's random and you had the additional confusion of them
guessing right?
