[Thinkpad] X60 - portable CD / DVD ?

For an X60s I'm looking for a portable CD / DVD option.
I only need to read, not write.
I'm looking for light and low-power, so no external transformer is required.

I see that IBM has an external drive that connects via USB, which might
meet my requirements.

Anyone have opinions on options ?
