[Thinkpad] CMOS batteries

My machines like me are aging. First time A20m booted up in a year it had
lost the time, though it keeps it since. Maybe I should stock up on a couple
of CMOS batteries and keep in my briefcase in case of battery depletion
while on the road. Do the A20, T43 and 600 series use the same battery?
Where could I get a couple of whatever I need (and how specify)?
