[Thinkpad] A20m Partition Magic Warning

So to enable DOS access to logical drives on my A20m I changed extended
partition type to 05 from 0F; DOS can access fine. But when I boot from
Partition Magic 8 disk, I get warning (I've never seen before in using this
program)

"Partition Magic has found an extended partition on disk 1
that crosses the 1024 cylinder boundary and is not marked as an ExtendedX
partition. This condition can cause data corruption on this disk"

So it wants to change back.

Am I really at risk of data loss? What kind? I have no NTFS, only FAT and
FAT32 on this physical drive.
