I have a generic solution:
Install MSKLC (requires NET 2.0) from Microsoft.
This is a keyboard editor. You can load the current keyboard
(and other keyboard layouts with the extension .klc) and print
out the layout. The program gives you three formats,
one of which is similar to the 600E and most other Thinkpad
keyboards, but all formats have that extra key between the Z
and the small left shift key. That one just has to be ignored
by the user.
keyboards.jargon-file.org has several interesting custom
layouts, including one enhanced 101-key layout for Latin
American Spanish, including a useful pair of keys not found in
the Microsoft 102-key layout.
