First of all, you don't need to buy from IBM. You can buy on Ebay, or from
me, or anyone, Just check the warranty info.
Go with the ATI graphics, more memory is always better. I still have T60 and
X60 with factory XP, but a unit with Vista can be recoverd to XP with the
recovery CD's
