[Thinkpad] Clean install: case in point (Vista & IE)

For those a bit baffled by why some prefer a "clean" install, rather than
the Thinkpad preload...

1) Today's my first day tinkering with Vista

2) I performed a factory resore from the hidden partition, and turned all
the options off.

3) Internet Explorer seemed strangely sluggish whenever it opened a
window/tab (it would hang on "connecting.." for a few seconds each time)

4) After much tinkering and head scratching, I discovered that disabling
Lenovo's CPwmIEBrowserHelper Object -- added as an Internet Explorer
extension without my asking for it -- totally eliminated the strange
sluggish behavior.

So: 1) I do think there's more to a "clean install" than just uninstalling a
few apps from a factory install, and 2) the CPwmIEBrowserHelper extension in
Vista/IE is a real drag.
