Lots of good information in this article and its comments:

The only display sizes on the X60 series are XGA (1024x768) and SXGA+
(1400x1050). I haven't seen an SXGA model. And I think you have to the the
tablet to get the 1400x1050 display. Did you see any non-tablet models with
SXGA+?
Ultralight refers to weight, not brightness, and it's XGA.
The multitouch display lets you use either your finger or the stylus, unlike
the other tablets that are stylus only. It's also XGA.
Superview refers to a coating that is supposed to make it easier to read in
sunlight. It has a downside that it gives the display a sparkly appearance
in light areas (moire pattern?) and it also picks up hand oils more than the
regular displays. But the only 1400x1050 available on the X61 Tablet is the
Superview.
The X60 Tablet with 1400x1050 is non-Superview and has a more conventional
look to it. (I have one of each here - I got them both to evaluate the
displays - decided to keep the X61 Tablet even though I like the X60 Tablet
display better, because the X61 supports 64 bit OSes and it has Rev A on the
Verizon wireless - I'll probably be selling the X60 Tablet unless my pastor
wants it.)
Basically if you want 1400x1050 in an X series you need either the X60
Tablet or X61 Tablet with SXGA+.
