First, I apologize for the elementary nature of this question, but I am in China and removed from my usual tech support people.
OK, I am about to upgrade the 40 gb drive in my T43. I am doing a fresh install of Windows in hopes of unclogging the arteries after two years. I know that I need to reinstall the applications and this is no problem for those I have CDs for.
My question is how to re-install those programs for which I never had CDs, things that I either purchased and downloaded or free software that was only available for download (Mozilla, AVG, etc).
Do I need to download them again? Or is there a way I can re-install them from my soon to be old drive?
