You really don't want Vista. A vista installation which works, if you
happen to have all the right things like compatible printers, is kinda
nice in that eye-candy catching kind of way, but I haven't been able
to find anything compelling. But given that lots of things don't work
right, or work on one Vista system but not another, its *really* not
the kind of thing that most people want to use. And, given that XP
SP3 is going to have some of the security technologies in Vista ported
over, that angle for Vista doesn't seem to be compelling, either.
Stick with XP. It's going to be supported by MS longer than they are
currently saying it will.
