That's what you get for not following my advice about using the activation
backup and restore tool!

You must have used the product key from the bottom of the machine? Don't do
that. Instead, you can skip all this phone activation business.

Do you still have your original Vista preload? You can back up its
activation data and restore it onto a new image:
