One computer I considered in the past was the 770 series. I thought it
had quite a bit of features - but by the time I was considering
purchacing it, the 600 series was similarly priced (in the used market)
and the T20 was even more so afordable. I ended up with my T23 after
that series of transactions were complete - skipping the 770 and the 600
series al-together. My question is this, was the 770 a good computer?
Even in the used market the 770 was expensive for the features you got -
at the time. Going with the 600 would have ment a reduction of a few
features, but the computing power of the 600 series and especially th
T2x series made the purchase of the 770 not a good idea - at the time I
was considering it.

I was very happy with the T23 - but never being able to experience it,
was the 770 a good compter?

George
