Since you asked.....
Yes, the T23's bay supports hard drives.
Check if you have correctly inserted the drive into the adapter's IDE pin
block and not missed a row.
See if your TP is attempting to boot to the second hard drive, in that case
your boot order needs to be changed.
Did you look in the bios and see if the drives are recognized?
Check for gravy on any contacts and wipe off the butter ~ Happy T-Day!
