Do you get a window/alert that informs you that all wireless radios have
been turned off/on? If so there should also be a button on that alert
which indicates the ability to modify the FN+F5 settings. Click it and
change the FN+F5 behavior to show power settings & allow selection of
profiles via on-screen display.
If not, you'll need to get to the FN+F5 settings through the Access
Connections application. If that is not installed, then there is your
issue.
