[Thinkpad] 600X bios battery source

Took everyone's good advice, but used the last milliamps in the existing
battery while setting up the trusty 600X for another adventure in the field.

Didn't see much in the archives, and the last time I bought these from IBM,
they really gouged me on pricing.
