[Thinkpad] OT: Low profile PCMCIA card

Has anyone run across a USB/Firewire PCMCIA card that takes up both
slots and has it's ports recessed into the notebook body, flush with the
face? The one I have now is your standard 1" extension type, and even
with a dummy card in the other slot it still seems to get more abuse
than I'd like.

My kingdom for a T30 BIOS update that allows for USB2 :)
