The potential risk is about the same with all 11 memory card formats. You
had errors. But any memory card can have similar types of errors... It can
be the reader, but it is usually errors recorded by the chip, or damage from
dropping, shaking, heat, or other impact.
All it really means is do NOT use any memory card to store important data.
