I feel it should not burden my friends on the list to query such
issues. Those with the knowledge can reply; those without
can ignore; some others beside myself may benefit from the
knowledge passed on. I research before I ask a question
and ask only if no resources are readily to hand. In the instant
case, Hotmail cannot help since I am the victim not the
customer.
