Just my luck I missed out on that sale, I ordered one for my son back in
April.
So far I am pretty pleased with it, have not tried the firewire though. I
have been using Windows 7 and wouldn't have any earlier version personally.
I also really like the keyboard, but then I use IBM PS2 keyboards or the old
Northgate ones whenever possible and like a firm feel.
