different motherboards, but some brave people have successfully managed
to upgrade even the model with a PIII/700 to something faster.

The processor on sale is a "Mobile Intel Pentium III 850MHz/100MHz Boxed
prosessor" and is according to the seller an MPGA2 socket processor.

For all I know this seems reasonable, and might even work, what I want
to ask You now is that,

Has anyone successfully managed to upgrade their processor in a F2090K
omnibook or similar machine using that particular motherboard? 

And, the opposite, has anyone unsuccessfully tried to upgrade their
processor?
