Hello!

I've also got a xe4500 and bought 256mb of ram off a friend and put it
into my xe4500. So far I have not had any problems with it. That's my
personal experience with one kind of RAM. YMMV.

I would go for the cheaper RAM, 100 euros for 512mb for the xe4500 are
just not worth it nowadays, I guess..
